p62在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变的表达及意义

Expression and significance of p62 in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的分析p62在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变疾病中表达情况,旨在发现可以诊断宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤生物因子。方法以67例宫颈浸润性癌,43例高级别上皮内病变(Ⅱ/Ⅲ),33例低级别上皮内病变(CINⅠ)患者及30例健康妇女的宫颈样本为研究对象。以免疫组化法监测测定研究对象宫颈样本内p62的表达情况。结果 p62在宫颈浸润性癌、CINⅡ/Ⅲ、CINⅠ及正常宫颈样本中的表达均差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伴随宫颈部位病变的加重,p62的阳性率在不断升高。结论 p62的表达在宫颈浸润性癌、CINⅡ/Ⅲ、CINⅠ、正常宫颈表达情况均不相同,且随病情的加重表达量会随之增加,提示p62可作为诊断宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤生物标志物。

Objective To analysis the expression situation of p62 in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and in order to find the biological factor in diagnosis for cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 67 cases of cervical invasive cancer,43 cases of high-grade intraepithelial lesions（II/III）,33 cases of low grade intraepithelial lesions（CIN I） and 30 cases of healthy cervix were selected as the research subjects. The expression of p62 in samples was determined by immunohistochemistry method. Results P62 expression in invasive cervical carcinoma,CIN II/III,CIN I and healthy cervical samples were significantly different（P 0. 05）. Along with the increase of cervical lesions,the positive rate of p62 were continuously increased. Conclusion P62 expression in invasive cervical cancer,CIN II/III,CIN I and healthy cervical were different,and along with the increase of the disease,the expression will be increased. It suggesting that p62 can be used as a diagnosis biomarkers for cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial.
