甘肃省民勤县204例未婚中晚期引产女性生殖健康知识与心理状况调查

Investigation of reproductive health knowledge and psychological condition among 204 unmarried women with mid-advanced induced labor in Minqin county

目的调查了解甘肃省民勤县中晚期引产未婚女性生殖健康知识及引产前的心理状况,分析其相关影响因素,为临床干预提供依据。方法 2015年1月―2016年3月在民勤县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心实施中晚期引产的未婚女性204例,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及自编的问卷调查表进行调查。结果 204例未婚女性引产时孕周最大35周,最小12周,平均孕周(22±4.5)周,未婚引产女性生殖健康知识欠缺;引产前焦虑状态的发生率为56.86%,抑郁状态的发生率为52.94%,不良心理状态的发生与年龄、文化程度、个性特征、孕次、孕周、家庭背景等因素呈显著负相关。结论未婚中晚期引产女性心理健康状况令人担忧,特别是在校学生,应主动为其提供生殖健康知识,降低意外妊娠发生率;发生意外妊娠时为其提供有效的心理干预,减少情绪及情感异常的发生率。

Objective To explore the reproductive health knowledge and psychological condition of the unmarried mid-advanced induced labor women and analyze its related factors,to provide the basis for clinical intervention. Methods Self-reported depression scale（SDS）,self-evaluation of anxiety scale（SAS） and the self-made questionnaire were used and 204 unmarried women were investigated,and the women induced labor in mid or late stage in Maternal and Child Health Care of Family Planning Service Center of Minqin from January 2015 to March 2016. Results Among the 204 cases of unmarried women,the maximum gestational age was 35 weeks,the minimum gestational age was 12 weeks,and the average gestational age was 22 ± 4. 5 weeks,they lacked reproductive health knowledge; the incidence of anxiety status before labor induction was 56. 86%,and that of depression was 52. 94%. The occurrence of unhealthy psychological state was significant negative correlation with age,degree of education,personality traits,pregnant times,gestational weeks as well as family background. Conclusion The mental health conditions of the unmarried midadvanced induced labor women were worrying,especially on the school students,reproductive health knowledge should be offered to reduce the incidence of accidental pregnancy; and effective psychological intervention should also be provided to accidental pregnancy,so as to reduce the incidence of abnormal mood and emotion.
