基于人本取向的学校精神文化建设研究

精神活动和精神文化是生命活动的最高形式,也是生命特征的表现形式,任何精神文化和精神生活都是围绕"人"展开的。学校精神文化是校园文化的重要内容,它对学生和教师的心理健康、人格修养、个性成长、生命质量等有着重要影响。因而,应从"现实的人"出发考察校园精神文化的人本意蕴,分析校园精神文化建设的人本价值,探究人本取向的学校精神文化的建构路径。

Spiritual activities and spiritual culture is the highest form of life activities, hut also the manifestation of the characteristics of life .Any spiritual and cultural and spiritual life is around the ＂people＂. School spirit culture is an important part of campus euhure which has a significant impact on the students and teachers＇ mental health, personality, personality, growth and quality of life. Therefore, we should investigate the humanistic implication of campus spiritual culture ,analyze the value of the people in the construction of campus spiritual culture and explore the construction path of the spiritual culture of the school of humanism orientation.
