摘要
伴随着教育部教师教育改革的不断推进和深入,河南省在教师教育中引入了"双导师制"的培养模式,在全省推广和实施。由于受经济水平、国家和地方政策、教学水平、教学条件、师资力量、等诸多因素的影响,"双导师制"在河南省实施过程中存在着不同的特点和背景。因此很有必要进一步分析教师教育"双导师制"模式的特征,并在此基础上提出创新的路径。
Along with the advancement of teacher's education reform of the Ministry Education, the double-tutors system has been introduced in Henan province. With the effect of the level of economic , national and local policy, teaching level and condition , quality of teachers and so on, there are different features and background in the process of implementation. It is necessary to analyze the character of the double-tutors system, and puts forward new countermeasures.
