河南县非师范类教师教学技能现状及问题

The Present Situation of Teaching Skill of the Non-educational Teachers in Henan County

习近平总书记曾提出"百年大计,教育为本,教育大计,教师为本"。教师的质量和能力关乎教育的质量,决定着国家的未来。本文针对非师范类教师在教学技能方面开展研究,研究非师范类教师在教师技能方面存在的问题,并提供合理化建议,旨在帮助非师范类教师弥补教学技能方面的不足,促进民族教育事业的发展。

Mr.Xi proposed, ＂education is a fundamental task for the coming generation, the education of teacher-oriented is an important part in national planning＂. The quality and ability of teachers determined the quality of education and the future of nation. Based on the teaching skills of non-educational teachers, this paper analyzes the problems exist in teachers＇ skills , and puts forward some reasonable suggestions, in order to make up the lack of teaching skills ,and promote the development of ethnic education.
