摘要 自2008年国家司法考试允许在校大学毕业生参加以来,法学教育与司法考试之间的对立统一关系一直是法学界关注的热点话题,尤其对于应用型高校,因其与研究型高校相比在诸多方面存在劣势,司法考试的推行既带来了机遇也面临诸多挑战。为了实现应用型高校法学教育与司法考试的良性互动,有必要在人才培养目标、课程设置、教学方法等方面进行改革和调整,凸显应用型高校的特色和优势。 The interaction and contradiction between law education and judicial examination have always been a heated topic in the law circle since the university graduates were allowed to take the national judicial examination in 2008, especially for the applied university. Due to its disadvantages in many aspects compared with the research university, the implementation of the judicial examination brings both opportunities and challenges. In order to realize the benign interaction between law education and judicial examination in the applied university, it is necessary to carry out reform and adjustment in personnel training objectives, curriculum, teaching methods and so on, highlighting the characteristics and advantages of applied universities.
