ESP教师的身份构建和师资建设

摘要 作为ESP教学理论体系与师资培养的主体架构之一,ESP教师在ESP教学中起到重要作用。在对ESP课堂的调研和前人研究的基础上,本文总结出ESP教师的三大身份:老师、协调者以及教学实践者。并提出建设ESP学科的独立性、做好ESP教师的岗前培训、建立专业的ESP教师交流平台。将内在身份构建和外在师资建设相结合,以促进ESP教师和教育的发展。 As one of the key contents of ESP teaching's theoretical system and teacher training, ESP teachers play a decisive role in ESP teaching. This paper focuses on the construction of ESP teachers' identity and teaching force. Based on a research of ESP classes and pre-decessors' studies in this respect, this paper concludes three major roles of ESP teachers: teacher, coordinator, teaching practitioner. In order to build a team of highly qualified and specialized ESP teachers, they need to coordinate these three roles internally. And externally, they need to strive for the independency of ESP discipline, pre-service training of ESP teachers and the establishment of a professional communication platform for ESP teachers. The combination of such internal identity construction and external teaching force construction contributes to the growth of ESP teaching team and promotes the further development of ESP teaching.
