德国“双元制”对商务英语人才培养的启示——以河南省职业院校为例 被引量:3

摘要 德国"双元制"是一种将理论与实践相结合,职业学校和实习企业共同培训的教育模式,有很多先进之处值得我们借鉴和学习。本文从国家法律、企业参与、学时分配、课程设置和考核方式几方面进行对比分析,建议改变过去河南省职业院校商务英语人才培养中重理论轻实践的做法,通过各种途径加大实训教学,提高学生的动手能力和职业素养。 German Dual System is a kind of education system which combines theory with practice. It is carried out by both vocational schools and training companies. By contrasting the aspects of law, company participating, credit hour allotting, course designing and examination model between Dual System and the education system of vocational colleges of Henan Province. It is advised to weigh practice against theory and increase training from various ways. The final aim is to improve Business English majors' manipulative ability and vocational quality.
