社会工作服务项目结果评估指标体系探讨——以“玉树灾后重建项目”为例

Research on the Evaluation Index System of Social Work Service Project——Taking the Post Disaster Reconstruction Project in Yushu as an Example

社会工作服务项目的兴起是社会治理创新的产物,社会组织对公益服务项目的申请实施也日渐重视,与此同时,愈加成熟的政府和社会组织对于公益项目评估机制又有着进一步的要求,如更规范、更具有实际操作性以及更有实践影响力等等。本文在基于《社会项目评估与管理》课程练习案例——"玉树灾后重建项目"的评估体系的学习与实际构建过程,探索构建对社会公益项目结果的评估评估机制,同时探讨对于社会工作服务项目的项目结果评估对项目可持续发展的影响。

The rise of social work service project is a product of social governance innovation, social orga- nizations also pay more and more attention to the application and implementation of public service pro- jects.At the same time, the more mature government and social organizations have further requirements for the public welfare project evaluation mechanisms, such as more standardized, more practical and more practical influence etc.. This paper is based on the ＂social project evaluation and management＂ course practice -- a case study of ＂Yushu post disaster reconstruction project＂ evaluation system for learning and the actual construction process, to explore the results evaluation mechanism of social service project and discuss the impact of social work service project evaluation on the sustainable development of the project.
