西南地区城市生态建设规划方法研究——以贵州省黔东南州为例

Research of Urban Ecology Planning in Southwest China --A Case Study of Qiandongnan, Guizhou Province

生态城市建设为实现城市可持续发展提供了可行途径，是城市发展的必然趋势。本文以贵州省黔东南州为例，立足于地区独特的地域特点及生态特征，通过诊断地区目前的生态环境问题，分析生态系统服务使用价值，提出相应的生态调控及资源利用规划方案，实现区域经济、社会、资源、环境的协调发展。本规划有利于加快黔东南州生态文明试验区建设，促进和保障生态州建设目标的实现，引导形成具有区域和民族特色的节约能源资源和保护生态环境的产业结构、增长方式、消费模式，推动区域经济社会发展的历史性跨越。

Construction of ecocity is a necessary trend of urban development as it can provide a feasible approach to realize city＇s sustainable development. Based on specific local features and ecological characteristics, this paper studies main ecological environmental problems and ecosystem service values of Qiandongnan in Guizhou Province, and proposes corresponding ecological control and resource utilization plan to achieve sustained development of regional economy, society, resource and environment. The plan will accelerate development of ecological civilization test area of Qiandongnan and promote formation of industrial structure, growth and consumption patterns of regional and national characteristics which are saving energy resources and protecting the ecological environment.
