天津市高校学生使用MSM社交软件的现状及人群规模估计

Analysis on gay dating software usage and user estimates among college students in Tianjin

目的为了解天津市青年学生对男男性行为者(MSM)社交软件的使用现状,估算使用人群规模并为艾滋病相关干预工作提供参考依据。方法通过国内最流行的MSM社交软件,收集全市23所高校青年学生在线情况。使用EpiData和SPSS 21.0进行数据的录入和整理分析。结果记录15天,共收集4 317名MSM软件使用者的信息,每天在线人数占全部登记者的比例为30.1%~34.2%。性角色为插入方的青年学生,身高体重均高于性角色为被插入方和两者皆有的人群。软件在线1-5天的人数最多,大于10天的人数最少。估算在线活跃人群为2 655人[95%可信区间(CI):2 428~2 226],软件登记使用人数为3 477人(95%CI:3 483~3 471)。天津市在校男同数目粗略估计为5 968~11 935人,其中使用过MSM社交软件占26.21%~52.41%,活跃的学生群体占22.25%~44.49%。结论通过捕获-再捕获法估计了青年学生使用MSM社交软件的基数,并且根据软件使用人群特征,为制定相应的干预措施提供了参考。

Objective To understand the current situation of college students using MSM（men who have sex with men） dating software in Tianjin,and estimate the user size and provide a reference for future HIV/AIDS intervention.Methods The information of college students was collected from 23 universities according to MSM dating software.EpiData and SPSS 21.0 were used for the data analysis.Results 4317 cases were collected in the study.The ratio of online users was 30.l%-34.2%everyday of all registrants.The students with sex role as insertive partner during anal intercourse were higher and heavier than those playing receptive and both insertive and receptive partners.Most students were online for 1-5 days during the study,and the ones online for more than 10 days were the least.The user size of active online students was estimated as 2655（95%CI：2428-2226） and the users of MSM dating software was estimated as 3477（95%CI：3483-3471）.The gay students in Tianjin was estimated as 5968 to 11 935,of which 26.21%-52.41%used MSM dating software,and the active online users were 22.25%-44.49%.Conclusion User size of MSM dating software was estimated by using capture-mark-recapture（CMR） method,and intervention measures should be taken for those college students using MSM dating software based on their features.
