摘要
目的对峨参块根的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性的初步研究。方法运用硅胶、凝胶、RP-C_(18)和半制备HPLC等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从峨参块根95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了一个苯丙素类化合物,命名为峨参乙醚(1)。抗肿瘤活性测试中,该化合物对神经细胞PC12、结肠癌细胞HT29、胰腺癌细胞PANC-1、黑色素瘤细胞B16的IC_(50)值分别为158.13、159.27、113.51、556.40μg/ml。结论化合物1为新化合物,并表现出一定的抗癌活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the root of Anthriscus sylvestris(L.) Hoffm and anticancer activity.Methods The chemical constituents in the root of Anthriscus sylvestris were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies,RP-C18 and semi-preparative HPLC methods.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods,including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques.Results A new phenylpropanoid,named as Anthriscinol ethyl ether(1) was isolated from 95%ethanol extract of the root of Anthriscus sylvestris.Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound and it displays the anticancer avtivity against PC12,HT29,PANC-1,B16 cells with IC_(50) values of 158.13 μg/ml,159.27 μg/ml,113.51 μg/ml,556.40μg/ml,respectively.
