膝关节腔内冲洗加O2-O3混合气体治疗漆关节骨性关节炎254例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究膝关节腔内冲洗加臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:254例(290膝)患者均有膝关节疼痛,活动爱限的临床表现,经X线证实有膝关节退行性改变,在C臂机透视引导下采用3cm长的9号穿刺针,经膑骨外上方与股骨间隙处进针穿入到关节腔内,用生理盐水200ml,行关节腔内冲洗后,注射浓度为45ug03/ml 1 5ml。结果:治疗后3个月、12个月随访,用改良的macNab方法评估其治疗效果,3个月优92%(199/216),12个月优72%(145/201)。结论:膝关节骨性关节炎行腔内冲洗加注射臭氧是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的一种安全、有效的方法。
