早期转介在基层医疗机构HIV感染者和AIDS患者管理中的应用

Application of early referral in the management of HIV infected persons and AIDS patients in primary medical institutions

目的探讨早期转介在基层医疗机构HIV感染者和AIDS患者管理中的应用效果。方法收到患者信息1~3 d进行随访,征得患者同意后进行早期转介治疗。运用转介机制和自行设计的转介流程将患者信息通过网络安全发送到专科医院治疗点指定邮箱,治疗点的对接医生或护士接收到信息后,及时安排对患者进行治疗前评估、身体检查并给予抗病毒治疗。结果观察组患者转介治疗率和治疗依从性高于对照组患者（P﹤0.01）,治疗延迟率低于对照组（P﹤0.01）。结论通过基层医疗机构早期转介管理,能提高患者转介治疗率、治疗依从性和降低治疗延迟率。

Objective To explore the application of early referral in the management of HIV infected persons and AIDS patients in primary medical institutions. Methods Researchers followed HIV infected persons and AIDS patients after receiving information in 1 ~ 3 d,and arranged the early referral with the patient informed consent. By referral mechanism and the referral process of self designed,the information of patients were sent to the appointed mailbox in specified hospital sites. The docking doctor or nurse arranged assesment before treatment,physical examination and treatment of antiviral timely after receiving information.Result The treatment rate and treatment compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）,and the treatment delay rate was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Early referral management of primary medical institutions can improve the patients’ referral treatment rate,treatment compliance and reduce the treatment delay rate.
