哺乳期女性对配偶支持母乳喂养的质性研究

A qualitative research of mother 's perspective about " father support " to promote breast feeding

目的了解母乳喂养过程中,哺乳期女性最期望得到配偶支持的具体内容,为母乳喂养指导和干预策略提供依据。方法运用质性现象学研究方法,以半结构式深度访谈法,收集19名母乳喂养超过6个月的哺乳期女性配偶给予支持的真实体验。结果哺乳期女性配偶认可母乳喂养的观点,并参与母乳喂养的行为,给予情感和心理支持。结论护士要重视产妇配偶在母乳喂养方面的积极作用,应针对母亲需求,纳入配偶为主要参与者进行母乳喂养知识健康教育和技巧指导,提高母乳喂养率,延长母乳喂养时间。

Objective To investigate the mother’s perspective about ＂ father support＂ to provide the guidance and intervention strategy of breastfeeding.Methods A qualitative phenomenological methodology was used in the study. Semi- structured in depth interviews were conducted among 19 mothers of exclusive breastfeeding for more than six months. Results Fathers had positive attitudes to breast feeding,took part in the breast feeding,and gave emotional and psychological supports. Conclusion The nurses need to pay attention to the positive role of fathers about promoting breast feeding. It is helpful to take fathers as main participants in breast feeding education for increasing breast feeding rate and extending feeding time.
