通过回顾、分析临床护士遭受工作场所暴力的相关文献,综合分析临床护士遭受工作场所暴力的来源、主要原因、国内外护士遭受工作场所暴力的现状及防范的途径与措施,旨在为避免或减少工作场所暴力的发生、稳定护理队伍建设提供参考依据。

The article reviewed and analyzed the literatures of workplace violence of clinical nurses,comprehensively analyzed the source of workplace violence,the main reason,the status of domestic and foreign workplace violence of nurses,the ways and measures to prevent workplace violence,in order to provide a reference to avoid or reduce the incidence of workplace violence and stabilize the nursing team construction.
