FAK在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

The expression and clinical significance of the FAK in cervical cancer

摘要 用免疫组织化学SP方法和实时定量PCR方法检测47例宫颈癌及35例正常宫颈组织中黏着斑激酶(FAK)的mRNA和蛋白的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。结果表明:① FAK在宫颈癌组织中比在正常宫颈组织中表达高(P〈0.05);② FAK在宫颈癌FIGO临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期中比I~Ⅱ期表达高(P〈0.05);③ FAK在宫颈癌浸润深度〉1/2组织中较浸润深度≤1/2组织中表达高(P〈0.05);④伴有淋巴结转移组的宫颈癌组织比不伴有淋巴结转移组FAK的表达量显著增高(P〈0.05)。说明FAK的表达随宫颈癌病变的发展而逐渐增高,可能参与了宫颈癌的发生发展、侵袭、转移过程,可作为判定早期宫颈癌向中晚期进展的高危指标,为宫颈癌的早期诊断及预后判断提供新的分子标靶。 The expression of focal adhesion kinase(FAK)in normal cervical tissues(n=35)and cervical cancer tissues(n=47)by immunohistochemical SP and qRT-PCR was investigated to explore its clinical significance.Results:① The expression of the FAK was significantly higher in cervical cancer than that in normal cervical tissues(P〈0.05).② FAK expression was higher in FIGO stageⅢ-Ⅳthan in stageⅠ-Ⅱ of cervical cancer tissues(P〈0.05).③ The expression of the FAK lower in cervical cancer tissues infiltration depth 〈1/2organization than in infiltration depth1/2organization(P〈0.05).④ The FAK expression was investigated to obviously increased in cervical cancer tissue with lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer compared to cancer tissue without lymph node(P〈0.05).The study indicated that the expression of FAK increased gradually along with the progression of the cervical cancer,which may be involved in the occurrence,invasion and metastasis process of cervical cancer,may be one of the high-risk biomarkers used as a judgment index from early cervical cancer to advanced cancer,and may provide a new predictive molecular target for diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
