摘要
以天然肠衣中氯霉素降解率为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上应用正交试验对超声波联合臭氧降解肠衣中氯霉素进行条件优化。结果表明:臭氧氧化时间对氯霉素降解影响最大,在臭氧氧化时间25min、超声时间15min、超声频率80kHz条件下肠衣中氯霉素降解率可达(82.16±3.48)%,且对肠衣色泽、质构无显著影响。超声波联合臭氧可用于降解肠衣中残留氯霉素。
Based on the single factor experiments,the orthogonal experimental was designed to optimize the experimental condition of the effect of sonolysis and ozonation on the degradation of chloramphenicol in casing,with the degradation degree of chloramphenicol as the indicator.Results showed that the ozonation time had the great effect on the degradation of chloramphenicol.Under the condition of ozonation time 25 min,sonolysis time 15 min,sonolysis frequency 80 kHz,the highest degradation degree of chloramphenicol in casing was observed and the color and the texture of the casing were not influenced.The effect of sonolysis combined with ozonation could degrade the residual chloramphenicol in casing effectively.
