超声定量分析在结直肠癌肝转移患者化疗效评估中的应用

摘要 目的探讨超声定量分析对结肠癌肝转移患者接受m FOLFOX6联合贝伐单抗及单纯m FOLFOX6治疗疗效评估的价值。方法选取70例结直肠癌肝转移患者,随机分为A组与B组,每组各35例。A组采取m FOLFOX6化疗联合贝伐单抗,B组单纯采取m FOLFOX6化疗,采用超声定量分析检测两组临床疗效及上升时间(RT)、峰值强度(PE)、流入相曲线下面积(AUC)、平均渡越时间(m TT)等超声定量参数的变化。结果 A组有效率为77.14%,B组为71.43%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组"有效"与"无效"患者RT、AUC、m TT的变化百分数无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组有效患者的PE变化百分数显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声定量分析检测显示结直肠癌肝转移患者采取m FOLFOX6联合贝伐单抗与单纯m FOLFOX6化疗的疗效相当,m FOLFOX6联合贝伐化疗患者的PE变化幅度明显。 Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic quantitative analysis of different therapies for patients with liver metastasized colorectal cancer.Methods 70 patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer were randomly assigned to group A and group B,with 35 cases in each group.Group A received m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy plus bevacizumab and group B received m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy alone.The ultrasonic quantitative parameters of clinical curative effect,including rise time(RT),peak intensity(PE),the area under the curve(AUC),and mean transit time(mTT) were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of group A was 77.14%,and group B was 71.43%,with no significant difference between the two groups(P〉0.05).There were no significant difference in the changes of RT,AUC and mTT in patients with or without therapeutic effectiveness between the two groups(P〉0.05).PE in patients with therapeutics effectiveness in group A were lower than that in group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion m FOLFOX6 combined with bevacizumab has similar effect as m FOLFOX6 monotherapy for colorectal cancer liver metastases.The PE level in ultrasonic quantitative analysis has a significant change in patients with m FOLFOX6 combined with chemotherapy.
