双歧杆菌活菌改善溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨双歧杆菌活菌对溃疡性结肠炎粪便菌群的改善作用。方法选取70例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者(分为A组和B组,各35例)、70例缓解期溃疡性结肠炎患者(分为C组和D组,各35例)与50例健康体检者。所有患者均接受美沙拉嗪治疗。比较健康体检者与活动期及缓解期溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗前的肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠埃希菌菌落数,A组与B组、C组与D组治疗前后的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠埃希菌菌落数及治疗总有效率。结果活动期与缓解期溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗前的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌菌落数均低于健康对照组,大肠埃希菌则高于健康对照组(均P<0.05);活动期患者双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌菌落数低于缓解期患者,大肠埃希菌高于缓解期患者(均P<0.05)。治疗后B组双歧杆菌与乳酸杆菌的菌落数均高于治疗前及A组治疗后;D组双歧杆菌与乳酸杆菌的菌落数均高于治疗前及C组治疗后(均P<0.05)。B组总有效率为82.86%,高于A组的42.86%;D组总有效率为85.71%,高于C组的40.00%(均P<0.05)。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道内双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌及大肠埃希菌数目与健康对照组相比存在显著差异。双歧杆菌活菌可改善肠道菌群平衡,利于获取更优的治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of Bacillus on the fecal flora in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods 70 patients with active ulcerative colitis(group A and B,with 35 patients in each group) and 70 patients with ulcerative colitis in remission(group C and D,with 35 patients in each group),and 50 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study.All patients received mesalazine.The number of intestinal bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and escherichia coli in patients with active ulcerative colitis,ulcerative colitis in remission and healthy subjects before treatment were compared.The bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,escherichia coli colonies and the total effective rate before and after treatment were compared among groups.Results The number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli colonies were lower,and number of Escherichia coli higher in patients with active disease and in remission before and after treatment than those in healthy control group(P〈0.05).The number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli were lower,and the number of Escherichia coli higher in patients with active disease than patients in remission(P〈0.05).After the treatment,the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in group B were higher than those before treatment and were higher than group A after the treatment(P〈0.05).After the treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in group D were higher than those before treatment and were higher than those in group C(P〈0.05).The total effectiveness rate of group B was 82.86%,which was higher than that of group A(42.86%,P〈0.05).The total effectiveness rate of group D was 85.71%,which was higher than that of group C(40%,P〈0.05).Conclusion The number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in ulcerative colitis is decreased,and the number of escherichia coli increase.Bifidobacteria could increase the number of bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,reduce the number escherichia coli,and improve fecal flora balance,hence the therapeutic effect is enhanced.
