通过对"十二五"期间国内,尤其西南地区润滑油消费量及市场状况分析,结合"长江经济带"及"一带一路"的发展战略,预测西南地区"十三五"期间润滑油供需市场状况。
Based on the ＂twelfth five-year＂ period in domestic, especially in the southwest oil consumption and analysis of market conditions, combined with ＂the Yangtze river economic belt＂, and ＂One belt and One Road＂ development strategy. It predicts that lubricating oil market situation of supply and demand in the southwest during the period of ＂13^th Five Year＂ .
