肾愈1号汤治疗老年男性慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation of NO.1 Shenyu Soup on Chronic Renal Failure with Elderly Male Patients

[目的]探讨肾愈1号汤对老年男性慢性肾功能衰竭(阴阳两虚型)患者肾功能及中医证候的改善作用。[方法]选取2014年6月至2016年6月老年男性慢性肾功能衰竭(阴阳两虚型)患者76例,平均年龄69.5±5.5岁,随机分为对照组和研究组各38例。对照组予以基础治疗,研究组同时口服肾愈1号汤。3月后观察患者血清尿素氮、肌酐、内生肌酐清除率水平及中医证候积分值。[结果]治疗3月后两组中医证候积分、肌酐均不同程度低于治疗前(研究组中医证候积分P<0.01,研究组肌酐P<0.05;对照组中医证候积分P<0.05,对照组肌酐P<0.05),内生肌酐清除率均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05;P<0.05);治疗后研究组中医证候积分、肌酐明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05),内生肌酐清除率治疗后两组无统计学差异(P>0.05);尿素氮两组治疗前后比较均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较同样无统计学差异(P>0.05)。[结论]在基础治疗上口服肾愈1号汤能有效改善老年男性慢性肾功能衰竭(阴阳两虚型)的中医临床证候,降低肌酐水平,值得进一步研究。

[Objective]To explore the NO.1 Shenyu Soup to improve the elderly male patients with chronic renal failure（deficiency of yin and yang） of renal function and the TCM symptoms. [Methods]From June 2014 to June 2016, chose 76 elderly male patients with chronic renal failure, the average was 69.5 ±5.5 years old, who divided into research group（38 cases） and control group（38 cases）. On the basis of foundation treatment, the research group were treated with the NO.1 Shenyu Soup, while the control group were treated with foundation treatment only. After three months,observe urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, endogenous creatinine clearance rate and the TCM symptoms integral value. [Results]After treatment, about TCM symptoms integral value, serum creatinine, two groups were significantly lower than before（TCM symptoms integral value of research group P〈0.01,TCM symptoms integral value of control group P〈0.05;creatinine of research group P〈0.05,creatinine of control group P〈0.05）; about endogenous creatinine clearance rate, two groups were significantly higher than before（P〈0.05,P〈0.05）; TCM symptoms integral value, creatinine, research group was significantly lower than control groups（P〈0.05,P〈0.05）, and there was no marked difference between two groups about endogenous creatinine clearance rate（ P〉0.05）.About urea nitrogen, two groups there was no marked difference between after treatment and before（P〉0.05）, and after treatment there was no marked difference between two groups too（P〉0.05）. [Conclusion]On the basis of treatment, the NO.1 Shenyu Soup could improve patients’ TCM symptoms,reduce the creatinine level, worth to study more.
