肿瘤坏死因子在新生儿中枢神经系统感染确诊中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿中枢神经系统感染确诊中肿瘤坏死因子检测价值。方法:选取中枢神经系统感染新生儿80例,其中病毒性脑炎40例(病脑组),细菌性脑膜炎40例(化脑组),同时取40例无中枢神经系统感染的癫痫和手足抽搐症患儿作对照组,分析检测脑脊液和血清中的TNF含量,并进行对比。结果:化脑组选取的新生儿脑脊液、血清TNF水平明显高于病脑组和对照组,具统计学差异(P<0.05)。病脑组TNF水平也显著高于对照组,具统计学差异(P<0.05),且在化脑组,脑脊液与血清TNF水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:脑脊液中所含的TNF水平可作为临床诊断细菌性脑膜炎的一项较为重要的指标,脑脊液TNF变化可通过血液中TNF水平反映,并为日后采用抗TNF抗体对感染性疾病治疗提供了有力参考依据。 Objective: Objective To investigate the value of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection in neonates. Methods: 40 cases of viral encephalitis, 40 cases of bacterial meningitis and 40 cases of epilepsy and hand-foot -twitch without central nervous system infection were selected. Children as the control group, analysis of cerebrospinal fluid and serum levels of TNF, and for comparison. Results: The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum TNF levels in the neonatal group were sig- nificantly higher than those in the brain and control groups (P -0.05). (P -0.05). The level of TNF in the brain and cerebrospinal fluid was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P -0.05). Conclusion: TNF levels in cerebrospinal fluid can be used as a clinical diagnosis of bacterial meningitis is a more important indicator of cerebrospinal fluid TNF changes can be reflected by the level of TNF in the blood, and for the future use of anti-TNF antibody treatment of infectious diseases provides a strong reference in accordance with.
