摘要
目的:研究水产品中霍乱弧菌检测方法的应用价值。方法:配制不含霍乱弧菌的阴性水产品样品以及含不同浓度霍乱弧菌的阳性水产品样品,分别采用分离培养法、实时荧光PCR法以及胶体金法对其进行检测,研究其检测结果。结果:分离培养法和胶体金法具有较低的敏感性,实时荧光PCR法具有较高的敏感性,三种检测方法的阴性率差异不显著。结论:在对水产品中霍乱弧菌进行检测过程中,可以将以上三种方法结合,先采用一到两种方式进行初筛,然后再采用分离培养法对筛选出来的阳性样本进行进一步分析,以此来将水产品中霍乱弧菌的检测率提高。
Objective: To study the application value of aquatic products in Vibrio cholerae detection method. Methods: the prepara- tion of water samples containing negative Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio cholerae with different concentrations of positive water samples were isolated by culture method to detect the real--time fluorescent PCR method and colloidal gold method, study its detection results. Results: with low sensitivity isolation method and colloidal gold method, real--time fluorescence PCR method has high sensitivity, negative three detection methods have no significant difference.Conclusion: Vibrlo cholerae in aquatic products inspection, can be com- bined with the above three methods, were screened by one of two ways, then the separation culture method for further analysis of the positive samples were screened out, in order to detect Vibrio cholerae in aquatic products was increased.
