微创颅内血肿清除术联合亚低温治疗高血压脑出血的疗效 被引量:1

Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Removal of Intracranial Hematoma Combined with Mild Hypothermia for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 目的:探讨微创颅内血肿清除术联合亚低温治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:选取高血压脑出血患者120例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例。对照组接受微创颅内血肿清除术治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上联合亚低温治疗,比较2组术后疗效和神经功能。结果:治疗后实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后2组CSS、N1SS评分显著低于治疗前,MMSE评分显著高于治疗前,且2组间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:采用微创颅内血肿清除术联合亚低温治疗可显著改善高血压脑出血患者神经功能,提高治疗效率。 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma combined with mild hypothermia for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 120 patients of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=60) randomly. The control group were treated by minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma. The experimental group were treated by mild hypothcrmia on the basis of control group. The curative effect and neurological function of 2 groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in experimental group was obviously higher than those in control group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), After treatment, the CSS, NISS score of 2 groups were lower than before treatment, the MMSE score of 2 groups were higher than before treatment, the difference between 2 groups was significantly (P〈0.01). Conclu- sion: Use minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma combined with mild hypothermia can significantly improve the neuro- logical function of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and treatment efficiency.
