服务业务外包的实践与思考——管院后勤服务外包模式的选择与实施 被引量:1

摘要 业务外包管理,是指企业把非核心业务包给专业性比较强的公司去做,自己集中精力把核心业务做好做大做强,从而达到增强企业竞争力和综合实力、提高效率、使企业效益最大化的目的。服务业务外包是学院长远发展的必经之路,通过服务外包实践,进一步拓宽学院管理创新思路,摸索出一套更适合学院发展的人力资源管理模式,为学院的长远发展壮大奠定人力和人才的基础。
