摘要
坦桑尼亚塞卢斯(Selous)盆地发育巨厚层的中生代卡鲁系砂岩地层,文章在研究区域地质的基础上,综合运用岩石学和沉积学的方法对塞卢斯盆地西缘的古—中生代沉积环境和演化进行了研究,初步认为该区域侏罗系沉积环境为海滩面沉积,建立了该区的沉积层序;根据采集的硅酸盐全分析和主量元素的分析结果,对其构造环境进行了判别,初步认为该区具被动大陆边缘和活动大陆边缘的海陆过渡部位的地球化学特征,并为该区域沉积环境和铀成矿条件研究提供了一定的依据。
The thick layer of sandstone of Mesozoic Karoo system was distributed in Selous basin,Tanzania.On the basis of study on regional geological conditions,the Paleozoic-Mesozoic sedimentary environment and evolution in the western margin of the Selous basin were studied by using petrological and sedimentological methods.The preliminary result is that the Jurassic sedimentary environment in this area was the offshore deposition,then the sedimentary sequence was established.Based on silicate and main elements assay results of collected samples,the tectonic environment were recognited,the studied area has geochemical characteristics of the transitional tectonic environment from offshore to continental phase of passive continental margin and active continental margin.In addition,the study result provides some references for the study on the regional sedimentary environment and uranium metallogenic conditions.
