摘要
以α-Al_2O_3为骨料,采用挤压形制备单管式α-Al_2O_3陶瓷支撑体。主要研究烧结助剂TiO_2及其添加量对α-Al_2O_3陶瓷管支撑体性能的影响。分析了α-Al_2O_3陶瓷支撑体中TiO_2对支撑体烧结温度、晶相组成和微观形貌等的影响。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对成品进行表征。研究表明:TiO_2作为一种主要烧结助剂,明显促进支撑体烧结和致密性。当TiO_2的添加量为3.0%时,制备出的氧化铝支撑体样品的抗折强度为70.75 MPa,孔隙率为31.58%,纯水通量达到5 489.64 L/m2·h·MPa,酸/碱腐蚀重量损失率为1.88/1.60%。
Single tube α-Al2O3 ceramic support with α-Al2O3 as aggregate was prepared by extrusion molding. The effect of titanium dioxide and its content on the performance of porous alumina ceramic memberane support were mainly studied in this paper. The effects of titanium dioxide on the sintering temperature, the composition of the crystal phase and the micro morphology were studied. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Research has shown that: titanium dioxide as a main sintering additives, greatly promote the sintering and compactness of the support body. When theaddition amount of titanium dioxide is 3.0% , the flexural strength of alumina membrane support samples is 70. 75 MPa, porosity is 31.58% , the pure water flux is 5489. 64 L/m2 · h · MPa , acid/alkali corrosion weight loss rate is 1.88/1.60 %.
