摘要
铁基粉末冶金生产含有多个工艺道序,每一道序都会影响成品的性能,通过对粉末冶金各个道序引入有限元分析,可以为工艺制定提供理论指导,有效缩短研发周期。本文通过对常见的有限元分析软件进行分析比较,结合其在铁基粉末冶金领域中的应用,指出了各种有限元分析软件的特色和推荐应用工序。
Iron-based Powder Metallurgy contains a series of process, each process will be effect the parts final performance, The finite element analysis in every process can be effort the theoretical guidance in process design and shorten the development cycle. This article based on the common finite element analysis software introduction, comparison the characteristics of the software by the application in Iron-based Powder Metallurgy industry and recommended the application process.
