摘要
职业教育集团具有自组织、互补性和共享性等组织协同特征。基于职业教育集团组织特点和平衡计分卡构建了协同绩效(P)、资源协同(R)、协同管理(M)、协同创新(I)等4个维度的PRMI协同框架,提出了PRMI协同维度的指标体系,并运用层次分析方法对职业教育集团进行了实证研究,实证表明PRMI协同指数模型及其指标体系能够客观反映职业教育集团的协同程度,协同指数模型具有可操作性。
The synergy index of vocational education group is one of the key contents of the cooperative theory of the vocational education group. Based on the organizational characteristics and the balanced score card theory, collaborative performance, collaborative resource, collaborative management, collaborative innovation and other four dimensions of the PRMI collaboration model is constructed, and the index system of PRMI dimension is put forward. The empirical research on the 20 vocational Education Group was carried through the analytic hierarchy process. The result shows, the PRMI collaboration model and its index system can reflect the collaboration degree of vocational education group, and collaborative model is effective.
