草珊瑚林冠下扦插育苗试验

Study on Cuttage Seedling of Sarcandra glabra(Thumb.)Nakai in Different Coniferows Forests

为了探讨草珊瑚在不同林下的扦插成活情况,于春季在马尾松近熟林、杉木近熟林、阔叶树近熟林、毛竹林不同林分郁闭度（0.2-0.4,0.4-0.6,0.6-0.8,0.8以上）林冠下进行了扦插试验。结果表明：林分类型以毛竹林最好,草珊瑚的扦插生根率和≥2cmⅠ级侧根数分别达95.7%和7.3条,生根率和≥2cmⅠ级侧根数的高低顺序林分类型依次为毛竹林〉阔叶树近熟林〉杉木近熟林〉马尾松近熟林;林分郁闭度以0.4-0.6最好,草珊瑚的扦插生根率和≥2cmⅠ级侧根数分别达95.2%和7.5条,生根率和≥2cmⅠ级侧根数的高低顺序依次为林分郁闭度0.4-0.6〉0.6-0.8〉0.2-0.4〉0.8以上。
