摘要
随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高,健美运动越来越普及化.健美运动是一个通过科学的训练、饮食、睡眠和其他因素不断对肌肉进行雕琢的过程.分析能量正平衡对健美的增肌作用,以及三大营养素及其他营养素对青年男性健美爱好者的作用,并给出科学摄入营养的建议和几种提倡男性青年健美爱好者食用的食物,为其营养摄入和食物摄取提供参考.
Body building is gaining increasing popularity as people see better and better livelihood.Body building is a process to shape muscle by scientific training,eating,sleeping and others on a continuous basis.This paper analyzes how positive energy balance helps muscle gaining,and follows to explore the effects of three major nutrients and others on young body-building men,and then recommends scientific nutrition intake and desirable food for young body-building fans,as reference for nutrition intake and food ingestion.
