针刺“龙骨针”结合通脉温阳灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture "keel needle" combined with moxibustion(warming Yang for promotion of blood circulation)in treating ankylosing spondylitis

目的:观察针刺"龙骨针"结合通脉温阳灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:选择92例强直性脊柱炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,分别在西医风湿专科药物规范治疗的基础上给予"龙骨针"和"龙骨针"结合通脉温阳灸治疗,治疗6个疗程后进行疗效评定和治疗前后实验室检查结果的比较。结果:经治疗后对照组总有效率为82.61%,观察组总有效率为92.30%,治疗后两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗后实验室检测指标均较治疗前好转(P<0.05),且观察组指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺"龙骨针"结合通脉温阳灸能提高强直性脊柱炎患者的临床治疗效果,可以改善患者的血沉(SER)、C反应蛋白(CRP),值得进一步推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture at ＂keel needle＂ combined with moxibustion（warming Yang for promotion of blood circulation）in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：92 cases were divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each. The patients in two groups were given treatment of rheumatism specification. The patients in control group were treated with acupuncture on ＂keel needle＂. The patients in observation group were treated with acupuncture and Tongmai warming Yang moxibustion. After treatment,clinical efficacy and laboratory test results were compared. Results：The effective rate in control group was 82.61%,and 92.30% in observation group. There was no statistical difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment,effects on SER,CRP of treatment group were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture ＂keel needle＂ combined with pulse warming Yang moxibustion can improve the clinical effect on ankylosing spondylitis,the indices of SER,CRP were improved. It is worthy of promotion.
