摘要 培养高职学生实践技能与工匠精神既是社会和企业发展的需要,也是高职院校和学生个人发展的需要.以营口职业技术学院为例,探讨了培养高职学生实践技能与工匠精神的多种模式,即构建了第一课堂、第二课堂实践教学培养模式.利用该模式开展了毕业设计、虚拟仿真实验、技能大赛、生产实习等形式多样化的实践教学,培养了学生的实际动手能力,提升了学生的职业修养,塑造了学生的工匠精神. The cultivation of higher vocational college students~ practical skills and spirit of the craftsman is not only for the needs of the social and enterprise development, but also for the higher vocational colleges and the students for individual development. Taking Yingkou College of Vocational Technology as an example, this article investigates the multi-mode cultivation of students' practical skills and spirit of the craftsman in higher vocational colleges, that is, the practical teaching mode of building First Class and Second Class. With this mode, diversified forms of practical teaching, including graduation project, virtual simulation experiment, skill contest and production practice are carried out, thus training the students operational abilities, promoting their professional quality and shaping their spirit of the craftsman.
