区域盯人防守变化初探

On changes in “Match-up zone defence” tactic

区域盯人是目前较为流行的防守战术之一,它既不同于区域联防,也有别于盯人防守,而是把区域联防和盯人防守有机结合起来.区域盯人是把每名队员的防守区域进行合理安排,各自在自己的防区内实施盯人防守,既发挥了盯人防守攻击性强的优点,同时又保持了区域联防协调性、集体性强的特点.探讨区域盯人的战术要求、防守的变化及对配合防守的补充说明,从而进一步提高球队的防守能力.

＂Match-up zone defence＂ is one of the popular defending tactics. Itdiffers not only from joint defence, but also the ＂man-to-man defence＇. As the combination of these two tactics, ＂Match-up zone defence＂ focuses on appropriate arrangement of each player＇ s defending area, while ＂Man-to-man＂ defence focuses on defending in each own area. It exerts the advantages of strongly attacking of ＂man-to-man＂ defence, but also keeps the coordination of joint defence and strong collectivity. This paper aims at probing into ＂Match-up zone defence＂, the changeable skills of defending and cooperative defence, therefore, improving the abilities of the whole team＇ s defence.
