摘要
本文研究了用低沸点萃取剂处理和回收含二甲基乙酰胺 ( DMAc)废水的可行性及工艺条件 ,经研究表明 ,在常温 2 0~ 35℃时 ,用氯仿萃取二甲基乙酰胺 ,当溶剂与水相体积比为 2∶ 1时 ,经六级逆流萃取 ,可将废水中 2 0 % ( w/w)的二甲基乙酰胺含量降至 30 0 mg/L以下。废水的 p H值对萃取效率有明显的影响 ,当废水的 p H值较大 。
Low boiling point extractants are used to recover Dimethylacetamide(DMAc) from waste water. The feasibility and conditions of this technology are studied. It is showed that under the conditions normal temperature and chloroform being the extractant, the DMAc concentration in the aqueous effluent can be decreased from 20%(w/w) to about 300mg/L by 6-stage counter current extraction when the ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase is 2∶1. The value of pH has obvious influence on extraction efficieney; higher pH value is advantages to extraction.
