Research on the Relationship between Art Culture and Party Building

艺术文化与党建工作的关系实质上是艺术与政治的关系。艺术文化与党建工作具有相辅相成的关系:一方面,艺术文化是党建工作的重要抓手,可以转化成为党建工作的内容、形式、氛围与载体,极大促进党建工作目标的实现。另一方面,党建工作是艺术文化发展的导向,能引领艺术文化的发展方向、培育艺术文化的精神、丰富艺术文化的内涵、推动艺术文化的创新。因此,实现艺术文化与党建工作的有机融合,应该加强和改进党对文艺工作的领导,始终坚持为人民服务的宗旨以及搭建双方良性互动的平台。

The relationship between art culture and party building is essentially the relationship be-tween the art and the politics, which is complementary to each other. For one thing, art culture, which ena-ble to be converted into party building＇scontent, form, atmosphere and carrier, is an important method ofparty building, promoting the achievement of the aim of party building. For another, party building is theguide of art culture, leading the development direction of art culture, cultivating the spirit of art culture, en-riching the content of art culture and promoting the innovation of art culture. Therefore, to realize the organicconfluence of art culture and party building, we should strengthen and improve the leadership of the party toart culture, assist on the aim of serving people consistently, and create a good interactive platform betweenthem.
