国际团队成员交换研究领域的知识可视化分析

摘要 "团队成员交换"逐渐发展为组织行为学领域的一个研究焦点,帮助人们更加清晰和全面地认识社会交换关系。特别是在以团队作为主要运作单元的今天,团队成员交换的重要作用日益凸显,而国内对这一主题展开的研究发展相对滞后。因此,厘清国际理论界对团队成员交换研究的理论视角、热点与前沿,对中国该领域的研究具有一定促进作用。依据Web of Science的SSCI数据库,检索得到2000~2011年国外学界对"团队成员交换"领域展开研究的81篇文献,采用CiteSpaceⅡ软件可视化文献共被引图谱,呈现团队成员交换领域国外研究的理论基础,使用关键词聚类和膨胀词探测,归纳该领域国外研究的热点前沿。 "Team-members exchange" has steadily developed into a focus of research in the field of organizational behavior. It helps people to understand the social exchange relationship more clearly and completely, especially today when team is already used as operation unit. At present, the important role which the team-members exchange plays is increasingly catching people's eye whereas the domestic research on that subject lags behind relatively. Clarifying the theoretical perspective, focus and front of the team-members exchange research in the international theoretical field will help to promote China^s research on it to some extent. 81 articles on the team- members exchange research conducted by foreign academia between 2000 and 2001 were retrieved from the SSCI database in the Web of Science. The CiteSpace ]] software was used to visualize the document co-citation map to show the theoretical basis on which the team-members exchange research was able to be conducted abroad. The methods of Key Words Clustering and Expansion Words Detection were used to summarize the focus and front of the research on that field conducted abroad.
