预见性个性化护理干预对结直肠癌永久性结肠造口患者生活质量的影响

Influence of predictive individual nursing intervention on life quality of the patients with permanent colostomy of colorectal cancer

目的 ：探讨预见性个性化护理干预对结直肠癌永久性结肠术后结肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法：将2013年8月~2014年12月结直肠癌行永久性结肠造口术患者60例随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施预见性个性化的护理干预,比较两组患者生活质量、自我护理及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者总体生活质量高于对照组（P〈0.05）,心理适应度及社会适应度均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：预见性个性化的护理干预可提高永久性结肠造口术患者术后生活质量、术后心理及社会适应能力。

Objective： To discuss the influence of predictive individual nursing intervention on postoperative life quality of the patients with permanent colostomy of colorectal cancer. Methods： Selected 60 cases of patients receiving permanent colostomy of colorectal cancer in the period from August 2013 to December 2014 were equally divided into observation group and control group at random,in which,the patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group received predictive individual nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and then the two groups of patients were compared in life quality,self- care,and compliance occurrence situation. Results： The patients in the observation group had a higher life quality than those in the control group on the whole（ P〈0. 05）,and the patients in the observation group were superior to those in the control group in mental adaptability and social adaptability（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Predictive individual nursing intervention could improve the postoperative life quality as well as postoperative mental and social adaptation abilities of the patients with permanent colostomy of colorectal cancer.
