摘要 目的:探讨基于PDCA循环理论的绩效管理模式对护士工作满意度和工作态度的影响。方法:选取我院2013年12月~2015年5月采用PDCA进行管理的护士150名,主要对护士工作中存在的问题进行分析,并利用PDCA管理理论对存在的问题进行排查,提出解决问题方案,最后付诸实施,问题得以改善的步骤进行实施,观察PDCA管理实施前后护理工作质量、护士工作满意度和工作态度的情况。结果:实施PDCA管理后护理质量明显优于实施PDCA管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:对护士进行PDCA管理绩效管理模式可以有效提高护理质量,护士工作满意度和工作态度明显提高。 Objective: To discuss the influence of PDCA theoretical theory- based performance management model on the nurses' work satisfaction and work attitude. Methods: Selected 150 nurses wit PDCA management in our hospital from December 2013 to May 2015,the problems in the nurses' work were analyzed,and PCDA management theory was applied to detect the problems existing,problem solutions were proposed and were implemented finally;the steps to improve problems were implemented,and the nursing work quality,nurses' work satisfaction and work attitude before and after implementation of PDCA management were observed. Results: After implementation of PDCA management,the nursing care quality was significantly higher than that before the implementation of PDCA,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The management of nurses with PDCA management performance model could effectively improve the nursing quality,and increase the nurses' work satisfaction and work attitude significantly.
