儿科护理硕士专业学位临床实践培养模式的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨儿科护理硕士专业学位(MNS)研究生的临床实践培养现状,为逐步完善培养方案提供经验。方法:运用文献分析法、问卷调查法和深度访谈法,对重庆医科大学附属儿童医院(儿科学院)MNS研究生的临床实践能力进行调查,并对三类不同层次的人群(导师、临床带教老师、在读儿科MNS研究生)进行半结构式访谈。结果:核心能力得分由高到低分别为临床护理、教育/咨询、评判性思维/科研、专业发展、领导能力、人际关系、法律/伦理道德;访谈提炼出4大主题,分别为:临床培养目标不明确;课程与学科衔接不足;临床教学不规范;临床管理、考核不完善。结论:儿科MNS研究生临床实践培养应从明确临床培养目标、完善基地课程体系、规范临床教学、建立儿科临床质量管理考核体系等方面来进行规范。 Purpose: To discuss the current situation of clinical practice training of master of nursing specialist( MNS),so as to provide experience for gradually improving the training scheme. Methods: Document analysis method,questionnaire survey method,and in- depth interview method were taken to investigate the clinical practice abilities of MNS graduates from children's hospital of Chongqing medical university( college of pediatrics),and half structured interview was conducted to three types of groups at different levels( tutors,clinical teachers,and MNS candidates). Results: The scoring in core competence from high to low was clinical nursing,education / consultation,critical thinking / scientific research,professional development,leadership,interpersonal relationship,law / ethic; and 4 themes were extracted out,namely: unclear clinical training goal,insufficient linkage between course and discipline;non- standard clinical teaching; and imperfect clinical management and assessment. Conclusion: MNS training via clinical practice should be standardized from the following points: specifying the clinical training goal,perfecting the course system of base,standardizing the clinical teaching,and establishing clinical quality management and assessment system of pediatrics.
