互联网+护理医疗服务对妊娠期高血压患者妊娠结局的影响

Influence of Internet plus medical nursing service on the pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational hypertension

目的：探讨互联网＋护理医疗服务在妊娠期高血压患者早期社区护理中应用效果。方法：选择2015年1月~2016年1月我院治疗的90例妊娠期高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受常规健康宣教及治疗,观察组患者则在上述护理的基础上接受互联网＋护理医疗社区护理干预。观察比较两组患者母婴结局、围生儿不良情况及患者护理满意度。结果：观察组患者母婴整体结局及患者护理满意度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组围生儿不良情况少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：互联网＋护理医疗服务在妊娠期高血压早期社区护理中应用效果确切,能够有效控制血压,改善患者母婴结局。

Objective： To discuss the effect of application of Internet plus medical nursing service in early community nursing of the patients with gestational hypertension. Methods： Selected 90 cases of patients with gestational hypertension treated in our hospital in the period from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected were taken as object of study,and they were equally divided into control group and observation group with random number table method,in which,the patients from the control group received conventional health education and treatment,and the patients from the observation group received Internet plus community nursing intervention. Then,these two groups of patients were compared in maternal and neonatal outcome,perinatal infant＇s adverse situation and the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing. Results： The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in maternal and neonatal outcome and patient＇s satisfaction with nursing（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group had fewer perinatal infant＇s adverse conditions than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Internet plus medical nursing service in early community nursing of the patients with gestational hypertension had a clear effect of application,and it was able to effectively control the blood pressure and improve the maternal and neonatal outcome of patients.
