摘要
在线旅游企业是旅游市场多元化发展时期的重要产物。面对日益激烈的市场竞争环境,在线旅游企业必须不断创新商业模式,以满足国内外市场对旅游产品服务的个性化需求。为更好地探究在线旅游企业商业模式的创新策略,以"同程旅游"为案例研究对象,选用商业模式画布为分析工具分析其商业模式,从专注多元化休闲游、建设智能化网络平台、提供个性化订制服务、推进线上线下融合发展、打造在线旅游生态系统等五个层面,构建在线旅游企业的完整商业模式链条,以为推动我国在线旅游企业的持续健康发展提供参考。
Online travel agents are important products of tourism market in diversification development period. Faced with increasingly fierce domestic and international market competition environment, online travel agents must innovate their business models to meet individual userrs demands in the domes tic and foreign markets for tourism products service. To further explore business model innovation strategies of online travel agents in China, the article takes Tongcheng as the case study object, and selects the business mode canvas as the analysis tool. The article builds the complete business mode chain of online travel agents from the following five aspects: focusing on the diversification of leisure travel, constructing intelligent network platform, providing personalized customer service, promoting the integration of online and offline development, and building online travel ecosystem, which promotes the sustainable and healthy development of online travel agents in China.
