金融发展、外商直接投资和技术创新的关系研究

Research on the Relations between Financial Development,Direct Investment from Foreign Companies and Technology Innovation

本文在经济新常态的背景之下,考虑到中国东中西部地区当前金融发展水平的实际情况,将其与外商直接投资和技术创新能力结合起来,从金融发展角度分析制约全国各地区对外开放和科技创新能力提升的金融因素,分析金融发展在扩大对外开放中的作用,考察我国对外开放的金融支持力度。在回顾、借鉴国内外学者相关学术研究的基础之上,本文运用理论和实证的分析方法,从理论上分析了当前金融发展水平下外商直接投资与地区技术创新能力提高的内在机理;同时,运用相应的数据实证分析了东中西部地区,金融发展对外商直接投资的影响;除此之外,又加入了研发投入和人力资本这两个相关变量对之进行了深入的探讨。由此得出结论:从金融发展角度讲,全国和东部地区的外商直接投资与技术创新之间存在正相关关系;就中西部地区而言,外商直接投资对我国自主创新的影响不明显,金融发展对我国的自主创新能力有显著的抑制作用;但在全国和东中西部地区,金融发展和外商直接投资的双重作用对当地创新能力的提高起到了显著的促进作用。

Under the New Normal,in consideration of current financial development in east,middle and west of China,the paper combines it with direct investment from foreign companies and technology innovation,from the perspective of financial development analyzes the financial factors which limits the opening of China to the outside world and technology innovation ability,analyzes the influence of financial development in widening Chinese opening and researches on the financial support for it. On the basis of recalling related researches of professionals in China and foreign countries,the paper,in theory makes an analysis on the inner theory of how direct investment from foreign countries and technology innovation can be improved under current financial development; at the same time,with related data,the paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence of financial development in direct investment from foreign counties in the east,middle,and west of China; besides,the paper combines two correlated variables——RD level and labor capital——to get a deeper discussion. The conclusion is that from perspective of financial development,the direct investment from foreign countries in East China has a positive correlation with technology innovation; in the middle and west of China,the influence of direct investment from foreign countries in self- innovation is not obvious,and financial development distinctly holds back the self- innovation ability of china; yet the double influence of financial development and direct investment from foreign countries enormously improves the local innovation ability.
