糖尿病患者上尿路结石成分特点分析 被引量:2

Characteristics of urinary tract stones in patients with diabetes

摘要 目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者上尿路结石成分的特点及其发病机制。方法回顾性将2008年1月至2015年6月云浮地区上尿路结石患者分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组,分析其结石成分特点及术前血尿酸水平。结果 755例上尿路结石患者中129例术前诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病,糖尿病组高尿酸血症发生率高于非糖尿病组(29.5%vs 4.6%,P<0.01),且糖尿病组上尿路结石的成分分析示尿酸结石形成的比率远高于非糖尿病患者(39.5%vs 10.5%,P<0.01)。结论糖尿病是上尿路结石尤其尿酸结石发生的危险因素。 ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics and pathogenesis of urinary tract stones in patients with type Ⅱdiabetes. MethodsThe patients with upper urinary tract stones in the district of ytmfu from January 2008 to June 2015 were divided into diabetes group and non-diabetes group. The characteristics and the level of serum uric acid were analyzed retrospectively. Results 755 patients with urinary tract stones were enrolled in the study and 129 cases were type Ⅱdiabetes. The incidence of hyperuricemia in the diabetes group was higher than non-diabetes group (29.5% vs 4.6%, P〈0.01).The rate of uric acid stone in the diabetes group was higher than non-diabetes group (39.5% vs 10.5%, P〈0.01). Conchusions Diabetes is a risk factor of upper urinary tract stones, especially in uric acid stone.
