摘要
工学结合是高职院校的重要发展方向，而顶岗实习是其重要环节，是培养学生实际操作能力和适应企业工作环境的必要手段。本文阐述顶岗实习的意义，分析顶岗实习现存问题，提出在创新模式之下的顶岗实习管理方式。
The working-learning combination is an important development direction of higher vocational colleges, and internship is an important part, which is the necessary means to train students＇ practical ability and adapt to the enterprise work environment. This paper elaborates the significance of the internship, analyzes the existing problems in the internship and puts forward the management style of the internship under the innovation mode.
