摘要
企业文化是一种以团队价值共识为本的管理理论,它对一个企业的可持续发展具有基础性的作用。高度重视并切实抓好企业文化建设,将全面提升企业核心竞争力,为企业健康发展注入持久的推动力。中小企业要谋求长久发展、获得可持续发展能力,必须将企业文化作为企业长久发展战略的一个重要组成部分。本文对中小企业文化的现状及建设企业文化对中小企业的重要性进行了分析,指出中小企业文化面临的主要问题及原因,提出了营造中小企业文化的一些相应的对策。
Corporate culture is a kind of management theory based on the consensus of value of the team, it has a fundamental role in an enterprise's sustainable development. Attaches great importance and effectively grasp the corporate culture construction will comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and give a lasting impetus for the healthy development of small and medium enterprises. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises seek long-term development, access to sustainable development capacity. We must take corporate culture as an important part for long-term development strategy of enterprise.This paper analyzes the current situation and construction of small and medium-sized enterprise culture and the importance of corporate culture to small and medium-sized enterprises, finds out the main problems and causes of small and medium-sized enterprise culture, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to create small and medium-sized enterprise culture.
