内镜下治疗胃息肉268例临床分析

Clinical analysis of endoscopic treatment of gastric polyps in 268 cases

目的探讨胃息肉患者的发病因素、临床特点、病理类型和治疗方法。方法对2014年9月至2016年9月在安康市人民医院消化内科治疗的268例胃息肉患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果胃息肉发病原因中,与长期胃肠蠕动功能差有关者有68例,消化功能不良者36例,HP感染76例,胃部炎症等88例密切相关。129例胃息肉患者无明显临床症状,行胃镜检查时偶然发现。67例表现为上腹饱胀不适,72例上腹饥饿痛或餐后痛,恶心,呕吐,胃灼热等症状。结论胃息肉内镜下切除安全有效。炎性小息肉及增生性息肉可能与HP感染有关。

Objective To discuss the pathogenic factors, clinical features, pathological types and treatment of gastric polyps. Methods The clinical data of 268 patients with gastric polyps hospitalized in the department of digestive medicine of the people＇s hospital of ankang from september 2014 to september 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the cause of gastric polyps, there were 68 cases related to long term gastrointestinal peristalsis dysfunction, including digestive dysfunction in 36 cases, HP infection in 76 cases, gastric inflammation and other close correlation in 88 cases. 129 cases of gastric polyps patients with no obvious clinical symptoms, was found accidentally by gastroscopy. 67 cases showed upper abdominal distention, abdominal pain in 72 cases of hunger or postprandial pain, nausea, vomiting, heartburn and other symptoms. Conclusion Endoscopic resection of gastric polyps is safe and effective. Inflammatory small polyps and hyperplastic polyps may be associated with HP infection.
