外科用药不良反应的监测分析

The monitoring analysis of adverse drug reactions in surgery department

目的通过对青岛市市立医院外科药物不良反应(ADR)报告进行统计分析,研究ADR发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对青岛市市立医院外科2014-2015年上报的ADR病例进行回顾性分析。结果 ADR涉及的药物共有62个品种,其中抗菌药物引起的ADR发生率最高,中药注射剂次之;ADR引发的组织器官损伤最常见于皮肤过敏反应及消化系统症状;ADR发生的年龄分布广泛,60岁以上的老年患者较多(48.41%)。结论应重视安全用药,加强监测管理,及时上报ADR。

Objective To analyze the adverse drug reaction （ ADR ） reports in surgery department of our hospitaland study the characteristics of ADR occurrence so as to promote rational drug use. Methods About126ADR cases collected from surgery department of our hospital in 2014-2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 42 speciesof drugs were involved in ADRs. Most of ADRs was caused by antibacterials, followed by traditional Chinesemedicine injections. Tissue and organ damage caused by ADR was commonly showed in skin allergic reactions anddigestive system symptoms. The age distribution of ADR occurred widely and many were elderly patients over 60 yearsof age （ 42.40% ） . Conclusion Rational drug use and monitoring of administration should beemphasized and ADR bereported in time.
