临床药师参与围术期抗菌药物使用效果研究

Study on the effect of clinical pharmacist participating in perioperative antimicrobial agents

目的分析临床药师在外科围术期抗菌药物应用中的作用。方法选取临床药师参与前后的围术期抗菌药物应用病例,对其围术期预防应用抗菌药物合理性进行分析评价,以判断临床药师的工作效果。结果临床药师参与围术期抗菌药物使用后,用药指征合理率提高26.95%,品种选择合理率提高52.93%,术前给药时间合理率提高69.55%,用药途径合理率提高7.1%,用法用量合理率提高61.26%,联合用药合理率提高8.19%。结论临床药师参与抗菌药物治疗有效地提高了围术期抗菌药物的合理应用水平。

Objective To analyze the role of clinical pharmacists in the application of antimicrobial agents in perioperative period. Methods Cases of perioperative antimicrobial agents before and after the intervention of clinical pharmacists were selected. The rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period were analysed and evaluated in order to judge the effect of clinical pharmacist. Results After clinical pharmacists participating in perioperative use of antimicrobial agents, reasonable rate of medication indications, selection, preoperative administration time, route of administration, dosage, drug combination respectively increased 26.95%, 52.93%, 69.55%, 7.1%, 61.26% and 8.19%. The rationality of clinical medication was greatly improved. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participating in antimicrobial therapy can effectively improve the rational use of antibiotics in perioperative period.
